From the Lake and Upper Ledge Blocks in gravely iron rich soil and sandy clay loam and cofermented with Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels with partial Malo lactic fermentation allowed, but restricted before completion.

Roussanne from the red gravel sandstone block at the estate in the Willow Creek District AVA in Paso Robles. Whole cluster bladder pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel. Mineral rich, perfumed, luscious and absolutely ageable.
