Adams Ranch Vineyard
Located on Vineyard Drive in the Paso Robles - Willow Creek AVA, about 2.5 miles west of 46w on Vineyard Drive. This is the Ledge Estate Vineyard. In 2003 Mark returned to the ranch and soon after planted the first block of what would become the Ledge Estate, a flat, 40 acre property at 1230’ elevation on the west side of the Willow Creek District, composed of sandy loam, rolled sandstones and clay. He collected thousands of Estrella Syrah cuttings from the Bone Rock terraces at James Berry Vineyard and with the help of several college friends, planted 4 acres in the spring of 2005. Included in these cuttings were a small amount of Alban clone Grenache and Mourvedre. Most significantly, he began to work as Justin’s assistant at Saxum and James Berry Vineyard, learning the ways of the vineyard and of the winery.
James Berry Vineyard
Located on Willow Creek Road, in the Paso Robles- Willow Creek AVA on the West side of Paso Robles. The James Berry Vineyard is Saxum's estate vineyard. It is located 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean with an average elevation of 1200 feet. It consists of a series of slopes with shallow clay loam topsoil covering an ancient seabed, complete with fossilized shells and sharks teeth.
G2 VINEYARD: This is the sister vineyard to Heart Stone Vineyard and is located on Las Tablas Willow Creek and is in the Paso Robles -Willow Creek AVA. This vineyard sources fruit to Saxum, Villa Creek, Turtle Rock and Clos Solene. Bill and Debbie Gibbs have re-purposed the property for low yield farming of high quality Rhone varietals.
Dante Dusi Vineyard
DANTE DUSI VINEYARD: Located between Templeton and Paso Robles off of Highway 101, this vineyard is in the Paso Robles -Templeton Gap AVA. This is the Dusi family Estate and sources fruit for Turley, JDusi and more. The intense flavor profiles of the “Dusi Fruit” are characteristic of the land’s unique micro climate and the family’s old-world, handcrafted grape growing techniques. This 100-acre estate is located just south of Paso Robles. A region that features the greatest day-to-night temperature variation of any appellation in California, providing ideal conditions for vibrantly flavored yet exceptionally balanced wines.
Located on Adelaide Road near Tablas Creek and Halter Ranch, the Rolph Family vineyard is in the Paso Robles Adelaide AVA and sources fruit to Herman Story, Villa Creek, Le Cuvier and more. The Rolph Family Vineyards consits of 30 acres of dry-farmed and trellised grapes. They grow a variety of premium grapes including Syrah, Grenache, Petite Sirah, Cabernet, Zinfandel, and Petite Verdot. Their deep, well drained soils have been built up over the ages from weathered calcareous sandstone and shale. Soil types include Nacimiento silty clay loam and Rincon clay loam.
